Production

All of our products are made to order. Production times are in business days (M-F). Please see below the lead times for each type of product:

• Nikahnama contracts: 3 business days
• Wedding Signs: 6-7 business days
• Decor Frames: 2 business days

Custom order production can take up to 15 business days, so we suggest you order at least 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure that there are no delays.

Shipping

We ship worldwide! Free shipping on all orders to U.S. and Canada.

Delivery times are only estimates due to shipping delays that are possible. Please note that shipping times are in addition to production times, and are only applicable once the production is complete.

• U.S. & Canada (Ground Shipping): 5-10 Business days
• U.S. & Canada (Expedited Shipping): 2-5 Business days
• Rest of the World (Ground Shipping): 4-8 Weeks
• Rest of the World (Ground Shipping): 5-10 Business days

Strokes of Silver is not responsible for custom fees or duties on international shipments, as such fees are to be paid by the buyer.

Returns

Strokes of Silver will process full refunds on any product cancellations within 12 hours. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please reach out to us (strokesofsilver@gmail.com) within 1 week of delivery so we can serve you better.
